H.E. Abubaker Al Khoori serves on the Board of Directors of the Capital Bank Group and is the CEO of Abu Dhabi Capital Group. He is also the Chairman of Iridium Services and Logistics Consultancy and oversees Al Dhabi Asset Management Sole Properties.
With an extensive leadership background, H.E. Al Khoori has previously held prominent roles including Chairman of the National Investor Company, Khidmah Company, Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), and Aldar Properties Company. He has also served as Vice Chairman of Al Waha Capital, Senaat, and Emirates Steel, where he played a key role in driving significant profitability and revenue growth. His board-level experience further includes Abu Dhabi Ports Company, Shuaa Capital, and the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange.

Montaser Al Kuzbari is a distinguished leader in the Middle Eastern business arena, boasting a decade of influential leadership and strategic expertise. Mr. Al Kuzbari holds a degree in Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Dortmund, Germany. With over 15 years of experience in Germany in the defence field, Al Kuzbari trading in Germany, afterwards he transitioned to the Middle East to pursue new opportunities and challenges. Started as the Executive Partner of Al Asayil International LLC in 2003. Mr. Al kuzbari is the founder and chairman of Aladiyaat Holding which is a leading company grounded in integrity and collaboration, with long-term vision driving our partners towards ground-breaking achievements and becoming global leaders, Aladyiaat strives to leave a legacy of excellence and innovation in the business world. With concurrent roles as CEO and Board Member of Silver Stone Holding, Mr. Al Kuzbari has demonstrated a keen ability to drive growth and innovation across diverse sectors. Recognized for his expertise in tourism, Mr. Al Kuzbari serves as a Strategic Advisor for the Arab Tourism Organization League of Arab States.

The former Global Head of Sustainability and Energy at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Alec Saltikoff is a globally recognized thought leader, patented innovator, and architect behind Net Zero policy changes at JPMorgan and its adoption in the market. Among his key achievements is the creation of a global decarbonization strategy for JPMorgan and its clients, facilitating the bank’s $2.5tn funding commitment for the ESG segment, pioneering synthesis of several breakthrough clean-tech and renewables technologies, such as AI-based energy management, perovskites solar, fuel cells, green H2, flow batteries, CO2 capture, and creation of the new blockchain-based carbon tracking standard.

Dr. Taher Alsheikhserves as a consultant, executive coach, a subject matter professional in organization technology solutions and development. He is the founder and CEO of the group of companies (Logixpro Technology Systems, Logixpro Education Consultancy, AXA International General Trading, Seven Heights Real Estate, Sustainability Gate Energy and Sterling International). Dr. Taher holds a B.SC. and MS in Statistics and Computer Science and PhD in Mathematics Specialization in statistics and computer science and several licenses and certifications in Information Technology Solutions and Management, from Microsoft, IBM, and other noted institutions from USA and UK. Dr. Taher started and continued in engineering for nearly 25years with diverse aspects of technology and cyber-security in 6 countries across 3 contents. His curiosity had led him to explore other fields in business with a continuous focus on effectiveness, performance excellence, operational enhancement, andperformance improvement systems and redesign.Throughout his consulting experience,Dr.Taher has worked with organizations in multiple disciplines and of varying sizes, including key players in Europe and the Middle East. He continues to be known as andrecognized for his adherence to high business standards and ethical work practices. Over the course of the recent years of his career, Dr. Taher joined Sterling International as Sterling Ambassador in an executive capacity to run their Management Fram workin various areas in the Middle east. Using a systemic approach, Dr. Taher continues to assist organizations in accurately evaluating their current state in preparation to designing their future state of sustainable high-performance standardsusing Baldrige Excellence Frameworkfor sustainable organizational excellence.
